CuccioLog Account Deletion

You can delete your CuccioLog account directly from the app:

1. open CuccioLog;
2. go to Settings;
3. open the Account section;
4. tap Delete account;
5. confirm the action in the safety popups.

Deletion removes the account, dogs, documents, diary, settings and uploaded files linked to the account, except for information retained for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention or temporary technical backups.

If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot access your account, you can request deletion by contacting:

In the email, include:

• subject: CuccioLog account deletion request;
• email used to register for CuccioLog;
• explicit confirmation that you want to delete your account and associated data.

If you have an active subscription, you may also need to cancel it from Apple App Store or Google Play settings. Deleting the CuccioLog account does not necessarily cancel a subscription managed by the store.
