CuccioLog Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of the CuccioLog mobile app.

Service

CuccioLog allows users to organize information about their dog, including profile, diary, digital health record, documents, contacts and reminders.

CuccioLog is not a veterinary service, does not provide diagnoses, does not replace professional veterinary advice and must not be used to manage medical emergencies. If users have concerns about their dog's health, they should contact a veterinarian.

Account

To use cloud and Premium features, users must create an account and provide accurate information. Users are responsible for keeping their credentials secure and for activities performed through their account.

User content

Users remain responsible for the data, documents, photos, notes, contacts and information they enter or upload to the app.

Users confirm that they have the right to upload and store such content and agree not to upload unlawful, offensive, harmful or irrelevant content.

Premium features

CuccioLog may offer Premium features through a subscription, such as advanced PDF export, document uploads or management of multiple dogs.

In-app purchases are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices, renewals, cancellations, refunds and payment methods are subject to the terms of the platform used for the purchase.

Access to Premium features is determined through server-side verification of subscription status.

Service availability

CuccioLog is provided "as is". The service may be modified, suspended or interrupted for maintenance, updates, technical issues or operational reasons.

While CuccioLog adopts reasonable measures to protect and synchronize data, no system can guarantee absolute availability or preservation. Users should keep copies of important documents outside the app as well.

Account deletion

Users may delete their account from within the app. They may also request deletion through the web channel or email listed in the support page or Privacy Policy.

Account deletion results in deletion of associated data, except for information retained for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention or temporary technical backups.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CuccioLog is not liable for health decisions made by users based on information entered in the app, data loss caused by improper use, connection issues, third-party services or events outside the controller's reasonable control.

Changes

These Terms may be updated over time. In case of material changes, CuccioLog may inform users through the app, store listing or other appropriate channels.
